1. Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed online or using the registration form. Submission of the registration form confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
An invoice with payment details will be emailed automatically upon successful registration.
A receipt will be issued once payment is received and verified in the event’s bank account.
Delegates must ensure that payments include a clear reference to the invoice number. Failure to do so may delay or invalidate registration confirmation.
Delegates making international payments are responsible for all bank charges.
2. Registration Fees & Deadlines
Standard Rate: £2,500 – applies.
3. Payment Methods
Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or valid purchase order.
No cash payments will be accepted on-site.
4. Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to delegates@do-it-summits.com
Cancellations received before 14th of April will be subject to a 25% administrative fee.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after 14th of April and the full registration fee remains payable.
Substitutions: If a delegate is unable to attend, a substitute may attend at no additional cost if written notice is provided before 1st of May 2025.
5. Visa & Invitation Letters
Delegates requiring a visa must allow sufficient time for processing.
Invitation letters can be requested via delegates@do-it-summits.com but do not guarantee visa approval.
All visa-related costs are the responsibility of the delegate.
6. Scholarships
Scholarship recipients cannot transfer their registration to another person.
If a recipient confirms their scholarship but does not attend, they will be invoiced for the full standard registration fee.
Scholarships cover registration fees only; travel, accommodation, and other expenses remain the delegate’s responsibility.
7. On-Site Information
Only payments in GBP will be accepted on-site.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
Paid parking is available for attendees.
8. Photography & Media
By registering, delegates consent to the event organisers capturing photographs, video, and audio recordings.
These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
Delegates who do not wish to be included in media content must notify the organisers in writing before the event.
9. Marketing & Communications
By registering, delegates agree to receive event-related communications.
Delegates can opt out of marketing messages by notifying the organisers in writing.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or substitute speakers if necessary.
Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the organisers.
11. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure
If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, liability is limited to the registration fee.
The organisers reserve the right to reschedule the event or offer a credit towards a future event.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by UK Law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UK.
